Yoga

Yoga has been a constant in my life since I was first introduced to the Sun Salutation during a college class. That simple yet powerful sequence sparked something in me—a sense of connection, presence, and inner calm that I hadn’t experienced before. Since then, my personal yoga practice has grown into a daily ritual, a grounding force that supports me through life’s highs and lows. Over the years, I’ve explored various styles—from the fluidity of Vinyasa to the stillness of Yin—and each has offered unique insights into my body, breath, and mind. Yoga has taught me patience, resilience, and the importance of showing up for myself. It’s more than movement—it’s a way of being. Through this practice, I’ve found clarity, strength, and a deeper appreciation for the present moment. My hope is to share that experience with others, creating a space where yoga feels accessible, nurturing, and transformative.
